This Bed and Breakfast is located in an independent villa above sea level in the little village of Maissana, in the province of La Spezia. It's the main town of the area and is certificated by an environmental IOS certificate. Its position is about 600m above sea level from where you may enjoy a beautiful view of the valley of river Vara, which is called the biological valley.

In half an hour you may reach the seaside, famous for places along the coast such as Portofino and Cinque Terre, or you may decide to go in the mear mountains to go climbing un to 1000m by the Cento Croci pass.


The villa, in ligurian style, takes its name from the two sundials which stand out on the east and west walls with the latin mottos "Horas non numero nisi serenas" and "Sine Sole Sileo".

The Bed and Breakfast welcomes you in an independent apartment with 18th and 19th centuries style furniture, private bathroom equipped with laundry and internet available. Watch our photos).

A few steps aside there is a tavern with a fireplace where you may have your breakfast.
